Harmon Bay Breaks Ground

Harmon Bay had a long awaited ground breaking ceremony on February 17th, 2009.  This secluded coastal community is located on an 8.21 acre parcel on Country Club Road just 1.5 miles from downtown Rehoboth Beach, DE near Rehoboth Beach Yacht & Country Club.  Harmon Bay features 32 single family homes that start in the high $200K’s.
