Harmon Bay consists of 32 single family condominiumized homes less than 2.5 miles to the ocean in Rehoboth Beach!


The lawn maintenance will be taken care of through the condominium association leaving you time to enjoy the beach, pool, and area attractions! The community will feature a pool, bath house, sidewalks, and a pond with fountain! Condo fees are $1875 per year and the property management company is Wilgus Property Management. The care and maintenance of the exterior of the home and the insurance policy is the homeowners responsibility.
